Job summary

Leverage Mechanical Services in Texas seeks a skilled Millwright to support an industrial facility. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery to improve reliability and uptime, align and repair mechanical equipment, and work with operations to prioritize maintenance.

The role requires 5–10 years of Millwright experience, a high school diploma or GED, US work authorization, and comfort with working in confined spaces, overtime, weekends, and hot environments.

Qualifications

• US work authorization
• 5-10 years of Millwright Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, & repairing industrial equipment
• Basic knowledge of using computer for record keeping
• 10-15 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, pumps & lubrication
• Experience with using precision measuring tools
• Millwright Nccer Certification
• Basic Equipment Vibration Analysis

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all facility safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Actively participate in safety programs
• Help meet or exceed production, waste, and quality
• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime
• Communicate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
• Flexible work schedule, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays
• Working in high and/or confined spaces
• Performing tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
