Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking dependable, mechanically skilled Industrial Millwrights to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at a continuous manufacturing facility in Northern Idaho. The role requires repairing production lines, hydraulic presses, sanders, saws, boilers, gearboxes, and strapping systems, with preventive maintenance and diagnostic duties to support uptime.

Shifts are 12-hour nights, 5:30 PM–6:00 AM, on a rotating four-days-on/four-days-off schedule with weekend, holiday,

Qualifications

• Industrial millwright or equivalent with maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Repair production lines, hydraulic presses, sanders, saws, boilers, gearboxes, and strapping systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical failures.

Job description

We are seeking dependable, mechanically skilled Industrial Millwrights to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at a continuous manufacturing facility in Northern Idaho.

Responsibilities include repairing production lines, hydraulic presses, sanders, saws, boilers, gearboxes, and strapping systems; performing preventive maintenance; diagnosing mechanical failures; reading technical drawings; documenting repairs; and supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 5:30 PM–6:00 AM, on a rotating four-days-on, four-days-off schedule, with availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and emergency repairs as needed. This is a smoke-free and drug free workplace, with random drug testing and required background checks and medical evaluations.

Compensation between $38-$45, based on experience and qualifications. Temporary per diem is possible if relocation is needed and determined to be a good fit.

• Candidates should have industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, and familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and industrial safety standards.
• Wood products or continuous-process manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be physically capable of lifting over 50 pounds, climbing, working at heights up to 85 feet, and working in a noisy, dusty industrial environment.
