Job summary

Loxo in Neenah, WI is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery. You will read drawings and manuals, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

This role requires alignment and relocation of machinery using rigging and precision techniques, strict adherence to lockout/tagout and PPE standards, and ongoing participation in safety

Qualifications

• Experience repairing industrial production equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and related components.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Install, align, level, and relocate machinery using rigging, lifting, and precision alignment techniques.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Disassemble equipment, repair or replace components, reassemble machinery, and complete precision alignment as required.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and other Maintenance team members to troubleshoot failures and identify lasting reliability improvements.
• Follow all required safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, rigging, lifting, and PPE standards.
