Quality Labor Management (QLM) in Greenville, SC is seeking a skilled Millwright for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will set up and build conveyor systems, install machinery, and read blueprints with precision.

You will use tape measures and other precision tools, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and work with the team to meet project specifications while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role.
• Exceptional skills with tape measures and reading blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and comply with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Pay Range

$27-$30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain conveyor systems and other machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine the proper setup and installation procedures.
• Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures, to ensure accurate alignment and fit of components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
