Job summary

Trillium Construction in Baltimore, MD is seeking Millwrights/Mechanics for a temp-to-hire role. Pay is $25-$35 per hour. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 40 hours per week with possible OT on weekends, and travel to job sites.

A per diem is provided for travel days. You will install beams, pipe and equipment from heights, and you must know how to set pumps, motors, generators, conveyors and compressors. Candidates need 2–5 years of experience and must pass a 10‑panel DS with THC.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant millwright or mechanic experience.
• Experience setting pumps, motors, generators, conveyors, and compressors.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble machinery efficiently.
• Must pass a 10‑panel drug screen with THC.

Responsibilities

• Work at heights installing beams, pipe and equipment as needed.
• Travel to site locations with per diem for travel days.
