Job summary

CSI Sands (N.E.) in Cleveland, OH is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our operations team at the site. You will perform regular maintenance on plant and mining equipment, inspect and repair conveyors, pumps, screens, and related systems, and assist with installations and dismantling as needed.

You will mentor apprentices, read blueprints and schematics, organize daily tasks with minimal supervision, and ensure reliable operation of equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years solid experience as a Millwright.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Must have own tools and vehicle.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to organize, plan daily tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must have common core certificates for a mining operation environment.

Responsibilities

We are currently searching for aMillwright to complement our team at our site in Cleveland, OH.This position will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular and routine maintenance on all plant and mining equipment.
• Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and do the necessary maintenance and repairs of equipment which includes conveyors, pumps, screens, cyclones, hydrosizers, clarifiers, dryer, baghouse, etc.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge and principles to install, dismantle, reassemble, replace, repair, and adjust parts and components of equipment, as assigned.
