Job summary

  • Read and interpret technical documents, specs, manuals, and blueprints to perform work accurately.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and equipment issues.
  • Apply math and attention to detail to ensure precision and quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with engineers, plant managers, and vendors to support project success.

What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for a skilled millwright who demonstrates excellent manual dexterity and precision, as the role involves frequent handling of small and detailed components. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of industrial machinery and the ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices.

What You'll Do Here:

Adhere to strict safety guidelines and proactively identify and manage potential safety risks.

Use strong mechanical skills to work with tools and equipment such as wrenches, hammers, forklifts, and similar machinery.

Read and interpret technical documents, including specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints, to perform work accurately.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and equipment issues efficiently.

Apply solid mathematical skills and attention to detail to ensure precision and quality workmanship.

Collaborate effectively as part of a team, working closely with fellow tradespeople, Engineers, Plant Managers, and parts vendors to support project success.
