What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for dependable Labor Helpers to support our industrial work crews. This hands‑on role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety‑minded, and ready to work in a fast‑paced construction or maintenance environment. No prior trade experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do Here
  • Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
  • Clean boilers, tanks, and work zones using scrapers, hoses, and other tools.
  • Assist with positioning and holding parts for welding, fitting, or assembly.
  • Attach cables, slings, or ropes to materials under direction.
  • Help pipefitters, welders, and other tradespeople with basic tasks.
  • Operate basic equipment (e.g., hand trucks, hoists) and fuel/lubricate machinery.
  • Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, lifting, and material handling.
  • Work in various environments including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
