Windsor Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain, is hiring a Millwork Specialist- Exterior in White House, TN. The role involves building and preparing quality door products, pulling materials, operating tools, and ensuring on-time completion of customer orders.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with three raises in the first year, plus quarterly bonus opportunities. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, with available overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Regular Hours: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Overtime When Needed: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Millwork Team Member, you’ll be part of the team that builds and prepares quality products for our customers.

Build and assemble door products

Pull doors, glass, and materials

Prepare and palletize finished products

Operate machinery and power tools

Inspect products for quality

Work together to get customer orders completed safely and on time
