Job summary

Concepts in Millwork, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Programming and Machining Lead to bridge design and fabrication.

You’ll supervise the programming and machining team, schedule daily work, and mentor operators while converting engineering drawings into precise manufacturing code and guiding toolpaths on shop machines. This role requires five years of CNC/programming experience with AutoCAD, Microvellum, Cut-Rite, and WoodWop, plus LEAN/5S knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in production machine operation, CNC setup, and technical automated programming preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Microvellum, Cut-Rite, and WoodWop; Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience setting up, calibrating, and operating CNC machinery and edgebanders.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities; LEAN and 5S knowledge.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and improve daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the Programming and Machining team.
• Create and optimize programming and nested patterns for casework and millwork items.
