Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in commercial millwork, cabinetmaking, woodworking, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions, specifications, and production documents.
• Demonstrated ability to plan work, establish priorities, and meet production deadlines.
• Experience holding employees accountable and addressing performance issues directly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the custom millwork department.
• Translate the production schedule into clear weekly and daily priorities.
• Assign work based on project requirements, employee capabilities, materials, and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and address issues before they affect schedules.
• Maintain focus on starting, completing, and moving projects through production.
