Commercial Stainless is seeking a dependable Fabrication Technician – Millwork to join our custom millwork department in Bloomsburg, PA. The role focuses on reading shop drawings, measuring and cutting components, and assembling cabinets and serving counters with quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions, and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, machine, fit and assemble custom millwork components.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and work with fractions/decimals.
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout fabrication.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions, material specs, and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, machine, fit, and assemble custom millwork components.
• Build cabinets, serving counters, panels, casework, trim, and related products.
• Apply laminate, edging, veneers, and surface materials.
• Install hinges, slides, fasteners, doors, drawers, hardware, and accessories.
• Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely.
• Check dimensions, fit, alignment and quality throughout fabrication.
• Identify issues before they create rework and communicate them to supervision.
• Complete work accurately within production times.
• Maintain an orderly work area and care for tools and equipment.
