Responsibilities

• Hand sand, scuff, and prep raw wood surfaces for finishing
• Fill nail holes, knots, and surface imperfections to ensure quality standards are met
• Feed and maintain a consistent flow of material into the production line
• Move and stage raw materials from the warehouse to prep and production areas
• Assist with shop cleanup and help maintain a clean, dust-controlled finishing environment
• Support the lead operator and production team as needed
