Schwieters Companies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Millwork Material Picker in the United States. You will manage orders, pick materials, and ensure on-time deliveries while utilizing a forklift and scanner. The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, good communication, and a reliable work history.

Qualifications

• Experience as a material picker preferred.
• Comfortable learning to operate a forklift.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs comfortably.
• Good work history and reliable.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders to be completed in full and on time.
• Use a scanner to check inventory and adjust material locations.
• Select material from shelves and prepare items for next steps.
• Inspect all material for quality.
• Stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Communicate with department lead on work order progress.
• Team up to achieve 100% on-time deliveries.
• Pick material using stand/sit forklift as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
