Indoor warehouse. Starting pay $22.00/hour + DOE depending on experience + $1.00/hr Shift Differential + Bonus. Great benefits - starting day 1! FULL TIME work. Overtime available.

Monday - Friday: Swing Shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Load and unload inventory as needed.
  • Apply mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  • Manage and report on production, quality, and order fulfillment performance.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Train, assign, and oversee work of others, ensuring work is completed to specifications.
  • Assist the location manager and sales team in promoting and describing fabrication processes to customers.
  • Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory, reorder materials, and maintain product pricing.
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or two years of equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to understand and communicate safety and work instructions.
  • Physical ability to perform duties in a warehouse environment in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications: Over three years of related experience, technical certification, or an associate's degree.
