The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for a Millwork Manufacturing Engineer who understands how exceptional millwork comes together from shop drawings to CNC output and wants to play a key role in bringing complex, high‑end designs to life. This is an ideal role for a skilled cabinetmaker or millworker ready to step into a technical position where your craft knowledge directly drives precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the critical link between design, engineering, and production, translating custom concepts into clear, precise manufacturing instructions.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or 3D software to break down cabinetry and millwork assemblies for part manufacture.
• Prepare and document production workflows, cut lists, and installation sequences.
• Program 3‑axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and shop teams to ensure seamless production.
• Help identify smarter, more efficient ways to build complex custom work.
• Ensure our uncompromising quality standards are maintained at every step.
