The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled Metalworker / Fabricator who takes pride in true craftsmanship and wants to create one‑of‑a‑kind, high‑end pieces. This role goes beyond standard fabrication, focusing on detailed, artisanal metalwork including forming, welding, and fine finishing to produce custom elements that are both functional and visually exceptional. Our projects are highly collaborative and often integrate metal with wood, stone, and other premium materials, requiring a thoughtful, detail‑driven approach to every piece. What We're Looking For

Must Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical training a plus)
• Interest in metals like steel, aluminum, brass (experience a bonus, not required)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
