Koopman Lumber is seeking an experienced Order Puller (Yard Associate) to support yard operations and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. This full-time role involves loading orders, assisting customers and drivers, and operating forklifts with training provided.

The position requires knowledge of lumber and building materials, prior yard or warehouse experience, and a strong eye for detail. You’ll work outdoors in all weather as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team at Koopman Lumber.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of lumber and building materials is required.
• Yard, warehouse, or building materials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with professionalism and urgency.
• Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided).
• Receive and put away incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.
