Pay Range

This range is provided by Boise Cascade Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $39,400.00/yr - $76,400.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
  • Initiate sales, take orders, and meet customer needs.
  • Manage assigned products, including vendor selection, purchasing, pricing, and inventory monitoring.
  • Engage with customers regarding market trends and product inquiries.
  • Coordinate customer inventory and deliveries.
  • Support outside sales staff and product managers.
  • Assist in marketing programs and new product research.
  • Lead sales support staff and uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications

Basic: College degree or equivalent work experience. Office environment with minimal physical exertion.

Preferred: Knowledge of building products, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, proficiency with office equipment and software.
