Schwieters Companies is hiring a full-time Millwork Door Picker & Forklift Operator in Hugo, MN. You will pick door orders, operate a stand/sit forklift, and help ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have material picker experience, can lift 50+ lbs, and are comfortable following written or verbal instructions. We offer medical/dental, PTO, 401(k) with a company match, weekly pay and more.

Qualifications

• Experience as a material picker preferred.
• Able to operate a forklift safely.
• Good work history and reliability.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to read and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick door orders from pick tickets.
• Wrap, bundle, and load material for shipment.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and accurately.
• Use a scanner to verify inventory and locations.
• Maintain quality and communicate progress with leads.
