Pay ranges from $27 to $30 per hour based on experience and skill level, with a 40-hour work week and on-site duties across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork
• Familiarity with frameless cabinet installs and casework systems
• Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Install custom cabinetry, casework, paneling, trim, and architectural millwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans to ensure accuracy
• Verify that installations adhere to quality standards, design specifications, and customers' expectations
• Troubleshoot to resolve fit and alignment issues
• Adjust doors, drawers, and specialty hardware
