Job summary

US LBM is seeking a Millwork Assembler I in Lakeland, FL to assemble millwork components and stock materials. The role involves laying out supplies, assembling components, loading and banding materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Prior carpentry experience is preferred and overtime may be required.

The position pays $16.00 per hour with opportunities to advance within the millwork group. A strong emphasis on teamwork, quality, and adherence to safety protocols is expected.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Prior carpentry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay out millwork components and materials on carts or floor.
• Stock plates for component set-up.
• Assemble components under the direction of line leaders.
• Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets.
• Receive incoming products and materials.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Assist in setup of assembly process.
• Monitor production workflow and assist other areas as needed.
• Operate equipment necessary for the assembly process.
• Adhere to safety rules and attendance policies.
• Assist in maintaining an organized work environment and clean bays.
