Boise Cascade is seeking an assembler to perform door assembly for interior and exterior products, working with multiple machine centers and adhering to safety rules. You will verify orders, inspect materials, and support teammates to meet daily production goals in a high-traffic warehouse setting.
The role requires reading tape measurements, basic customer service, and compliance with OSHA standards. Prior experience with millwork and RF scanners is a plus; lifting up to 100 pounds may be
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years equivalent experience. Able to understand and follow safety/work instructions. Ability to read tape measurements.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with millwork. Experience utilizing an inventory control scanner (RFN). Prior experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand during the entire work shift. Work in tandem using safe lifting practices. Continuously lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Work Environment: Repetitive physical motion. High traffic warehouse and shop. Work in a loud environment and wear the provided personal protective equipment.
