Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Milling Operator in Gibson City, IL. This role manages the milling process and participates in safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines within the facility. The operator will document records and maintain clean, organized workspaces while supporting team goals.

The position requires basic communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work in a safety-conscious environment with exposure to varied temperatures. Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must work safely in a controlled environment.
• Experience with safety programs and grain operations preferred.
• Ability to operate computerized control systems.
• Ability to coordinate with facility personnel.
• Ability to tolerate hot and cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate all aspects of Milling Process.
• Communicate clearly across the facility.
• Participate in safety initiatives and near-miss reporting.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Record all required documentation accurately.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
