HG Medical is seeking a skilled Mill Machine Operator to join our Holland, Michigan facility. You will set up and run 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision medical components, while interpreting complex drawings and maintaining GD&T standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist or mill operator with expertise in 5-axis machining.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring continuous process improvement.
