You will work alongside seasoned engineers and leaders, gaining exposure to flour milling, grain handling, packaging, quality assurance, food safety, maintenance, and supply chain concepts while contributing to projects that support operational

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Milling Science, Grain Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career within the food manufacturing, agriculture, or milling industry.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training, vendor visits, or project support.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe daily operations across departments, including milling, grain elevator, packaging, maintenance, quality assurance, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and team members to understand roles and responsibilities.
• Learn the flow of raw materials and finished products from grain receiving to distribution.
• Assist with projects related to production, process improvement, maintenance, quality assurance, and food safety.
• Participate in daily and weekly production, safety, and operational meetings.
• Engage actively in a learning-focused environment by asking questions and taking initiative.
