As a Milling Machine Machinist – Level 2/Level 3 located in Promontory, UT, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. This job involves machining parts per specification by setting up and operating CNC equipment. This position will work a 4/10 schedule, with required overtime.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: The Machinist is responsible for: quality of the product by performing both in-process and final part inspections, care, and maintenance of the equipment, assuring tooling and materials readiness, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position will require the individual to provide training to others in all aspects of CNC equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. Other duties as assigned

Secondary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $104,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
