Responsibilities

• Operate power-driven milling machines to plane roadbed material and discharge it appropriately
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate actively as a team member to contribute to project success
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies
• Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends, and in adverse weather conditions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating asphalt equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (Austin Bridge & Road cannot sponsor visas)
