Job summary

Keeley Companies is seeking a Milling Groundman to join the Milling Services Group in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the paving crew by setting up, inspecting, and maintaining equipment, preparing worksites, and ensuring safety and quality on each project.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in construction or paving, is physically fit, and understands paving tools and equipment. A High School diploma is required; Class A license is preferred. This is an onsite, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of construction or paving operations preferred.
• Familiarity with paving equipment, setup, maintenance and operation.
• Must be physically fit for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Class A license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, inspection, and maintenance of paving equipment and tools.
• Prepare worksites for paving operations and enforce safety measures.
• Support paving crew, monitor depth, direct trucks, and help with repairs/cleanup.
• Collaborate to ensure operations meet project specs and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols on all job sites.
