Walbec Group seeks a Milling Foreman to manage milling crews, schedule personnel, and oversee equipment needs and repairs. The role emphasizes quality improvements in pulverized material gradations and roadway ride quality on commercial/industrial sites.

Candidates should have strong field milling experience, prior foreman work, and familiarity with CMV guidelines. Union membership is encouraged; CDL is desirable but not required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in milling at the field level.
• Prior experience as a Foreman.
• Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
