Job summary

Bob’s Red Mill is seeking a Miller I for a rotating 12-hour day shift at our World Headquarters. The role involves setting up and operating milling machinery, running lines, and maintaining logs with a focus on safety and quality.

Location is on-site and compensation starts at $21.84 per hour. The Miller I will assist with grain cleaning equipment, milling machines, mixing machines, and toting equipment while adhering to GMPs and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or milling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machinery.
• Run milling lines, manage stone mills, hang totes and create mixes.
• Maintain daily production logs clearly and accurately.
• Monitor quality throughout milling, mixing, and toting processes.
• Identify faulty equipment and notify leads or supervisors.
• Transport materials using a forklift within the facility.
• Follow all company policies and food safety procedures.
