Job summary

Ardent Mills in Lake City, MN is seeking a Mill Utility Operator for a 12-hour day shift to ensure products meet customer requirements at the end of the milling process. You will handle inventory tasks, routine cleaning, and basic maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using computer tools including email and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in English both written and verbally.
• At least one year of manufacturing or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete all tasks on time.
• Work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
• Complete inventory management tasks accurately and on time.
• Routine cleaning of floors, equipment, roofs and outside grounds.
• Specialized cleaning tasks such as bin cleanings and filter sock changes.
• Basic process maintenance.
