Job summary

Reader Precision Solutions seeks a Turn Mill Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead the Miyano department across three shifts, focusing on performance, technical support, process improvement, and achieving operational results.

This salaried exempt role requires leadership of Miyano Operators and Setup Technicians, coaching and accountability, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production to drive improvements and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience (preferred in precision manufacturing).
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Miyano Operators and Setup Technicians across all shifts.
• Set clear expectations and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and identify development and training needs.
• Address performance, attendance, quality, safety, and conduct concerns; escalate when needed.
• Maintain consistent communication and expectations across all shifts.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
