Responsibilities

• Support operation of the milling and screening circuit.
• Implement process improvements to maximize throughput.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
• Perform regular sampling of production material streams.
• Analyze SPC data to identify trends.
• Provide leadership to Mill Operators.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
