Domtar Kingsport’s Packaging Mill in Kingsport, TN is seeking motivated individuals for the Mill Support role. This entry-level position offers a path to grow within our high-performance operation and starts at $21+ per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work on a 12-hour rotating schedule and perform duties from operating small equipment to housekeeping and groundskeeping, while upholding safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Commitment to all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Safe operation of powered industrial trucks.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning new skills.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks.
• Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning and painting.
• Complete groundskeeping tasks such as lawn care, landscaping, shoveling, and salting.
