Job summary

Iescorp is seeking a Mill Operator in Independence, MO. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM and offers hourly pay between $17 and $20 as a temp-hire position. The operator will run a roll former to produce metal roof and side panels, inspect finished work, and update the production system with quantities.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, forklift capability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll former to produce metal roof and side panels.
• Inspect produced panels to ensure defect-free quality against specs.
• Install panel dies during tooling changes and adjust to specs.
• Enter production quantities for each order into the computer system.
• Operate forklift/Combi Lift to position coils at un-coiler.
• Use handheld scanner for pick/pack/inventory/production tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and assist other departments as needed.
