Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Tube mill operator experience preferred
• Experience with industrial equipment and reading production specs
• Ability to read tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tube mill equipment and production machinery
• Assist with mill setup, changeovers, tooling, and adjustments
• Monitor production processes and adjust to maintain quality
• Inspect finished product for proper dimensions and quality
• Perform measurements with precision measuring tools
• Load, unload, and stage materials
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow production specs, safety procedures, and quality standards
