# Mill OperatorAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Roll Form Mill Operator. This position will be responsible for the roll form operations and equipment of the mill to insure continuous operation during the shift. **This will be a 2nd shift position; Monday - Friday, 3:00pm to 1:30am.****What you will be doing:*** Safety, quality, priorities above all* Focus on the keeping the mill operational* Maintain clean, safe ,organized work area, 5S* Cross Training of team members on parts programming and mill set ups* TPM of process and equipment in the area* Coordinate daily and weekly activities with department supervisor* Perform visual and manual quality checks of finished products.* Minimize scrap* Work with maintenance hands on to get issues resolved in a timely manner.**The skills and experience you need:***Education:** High school or equivalent*Experience:** Experience in using special measuring devices, calipers, tape measure.* Must be able to navigate, set up equipment controller for proper operation and parts programming.* Roll Tooling experience with set ups and change over.* Change out press dies, cut off jaws, blades, and refill oil levels of equipment.* Demonstrate ability to meet negotiated time frames* Good Mechanical Aptitude* Forklift and overhead crane certification* Experience with Robot programming*Other:** Must be able to document down time through seamless reporting system to drive KPI tracking* Good communication skills with coworkers to insure continuous flow of the mill and material handler for proper tagging of product.* Ability to think and react to schedule changes and conditions on the mill.* Ability to be a contributing and valued team member for continuous improvement activities.This role is located in Tulsa, OK.ASSA ABLOY is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veteran**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
