Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. in Idaho is seeking a Mill Operations Supervisor with strong mineral processing leadership to manage day and night milling operations, ensure safety, and drive recovery targets. The role emphasizes coaching operators and optimizing throughput.
You will work a 12-hour shift, 14 days on and 14 days off, and contribute to a comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and benefits.
Salary Range: $111,350.00 To $144,100.00 Annually
Wesdome is a Canadian-focused gold producer with two high-grade underground assets, the Eagle River mine in Ontario and the Kiena mine in Québec. The Company’s primary goal is to responsibly leverage its operating platform and high-quality brownfield and greenfield exploration pipeline to build a growing value-driven gold producer.
The Eagle River Mine site has a tight-knit team where everyone knows each other and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support. It is a hands-on, fast paced environment where work feels impactful and you can see the results of your contributions quickly. There are many long-tenured employees and a lot of site pride.
The mine is located a short drive from Wawa, deep in the forest where it is scenic and quiet. It is a real ‘boots on the ground’ setting. Team members reside in a camp environment and typically work on rotations, depending on the position. The camp offers excellent food, a sauna/gym, recreational room and the opportunity to stay connected with family and friends.

The Mill Operations Supervisor’s responsibility is to manage their respective day or night shift crews. This includes the following areas: Crushing Operations, Grinding Operations, Gravity Recovery Operations, Solution Operations (Cyanidation & Merrill Crowe), Filtered Stack Tailings, Equipment Operations, Reagent Circuits, and Refinery.
You are an experienced mineral processing professional and a confident leader who takes pride in creating a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. You bring strong knowledge of mill operations and are comfortable making decisions, troubleshooting operational challenges, and supporting your team to work safely, responsibly and achieve production and recovery targets.
Shift / Hours of Work: 12-hours
Schedule / Rotation: 14 days on, 14 days off
Type of Hire: Permanent, Full-Time
