Job Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on all mill equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventories and maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Serve as the on-call maintenance for the mill.
  • Perform general cleanup and organize tools.
  • Travel to other mills for maintenance as needed.
  • Understand and utilize the Wenger System.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • General mechanical skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in high places and confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to work in dusty conditions.
  • Basic computer, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, welding, conveyor, mixer, flow meter, cooling, drying, automation, and steam system knowledge.
  • Valid PA driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
