Qualifications

• Experience performing a full range of milling operations on various materials using vertical mills.
• Ability to set up and operate a vertical mill and perform required set-ups.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and make difficult layouts with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment to detect defects and verify conformance.

Responsibilities

• Perform milling operations on all types of material using vertical mills and tracer-type machines.
• Set up and operate a vertical mill; complete set-ups with specified equipment.
• Interpret drawings and sometimes work without operation sheets; perform difficult layouts.
