Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around dust and noise.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate rolling mill equipment and become proficient.
• Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries with PPE and rules.
• Be alert of unsafe conditions and report them immediately.
• Communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are filled out each shift.
• Daily housekeeping duties in the work area.
