Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Track trailers and inventory in the yard.
• Ensure bulk ingredients are loaded per schedule.
• Communicate with the Operator and verify pit switchover and quantities.
• Unload and load flour from hopper bottom trailers.
• Verify paperwork and condition of trailers; take samples from hoppers.
• Move van trailers, stage trailers in heated shed, and maintain FIFO inventory.
• Assist with bulk totes and keep unload bay, trucks and trailers clean.
