Responsibilities

• Safely operate mill and braiding machines.
• Use the mill to compound silicone raw materials, milling batches up to 40 lbs. according to SOPs and batch records.
• Visually inspect products to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Operate the braiding machine to produce reinforced silicone tubing.
• Record inspections and verifications following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Proficiently troubleshoot equipment and processes in the department.
• Ensure the highest quality products are produced safely, following company standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $15.50/hour during training; $16.50/hour post-training; $1.00/hour shift premium.
