Job summary

V&V Supremo Foods is seeking a Milk Receiving and Whey Flow Technician to coordinate liquid movements, sample and test milk and whey, and maintain sanitary intake areas. You will work with plant teams and external vendors to keep production on schedule and compliant with GMPs and SQF requirements.

The role requires licenses in milk handling and analyst certification, plus strong math, gauge reading, and computer system skills to accurately document results and support audits and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Bulk Milk Weigher and Sampler License.
  • Must maintain Milk, Food, and Water Analyst Certification.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all liquid movements (milk and whey) across departments and with external vendors to support production schedules.
  • Pull required samples and perform standard tests; record and communicate results promptly.
  • Keep intake and raw milk area equipment sanitary and in top working order; complete duties on the Plant Master Sanitation Schedule.

Milk Receiving and Whey Flow TechnicianArena, WI, USImagine starting your shift with a clear plan: milk tankers arrive, whey is routed precisely, and production relies on your decisions.
