Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Three (3) years of experience handling breast milk in healthcare or milk bank settings.
• Dry ice handler card within 90 days.
• Solid computer skills for data recording.
• Ability to use specialized equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, accuracy, and organization.
• Knowledge of shipping requirements and hazardous materials.
• Ability to identify and manage supply inventory per policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transport raw milk; prepare, pasteurize, and dispense donor human milk.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; troubleshoot pasteurization and shipping processes.
• Prepare fortified nutrition feedings and assist with process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
