Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced milk tanker driver to operate a Class 8 CMV and tank trailer, collecting milk from multiple dairy farms and delivering to a central collection center. The role requires strict adherence to FDA regulations and thorough documentation of logs and reports.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with tank endorsement and have several years of commercial driving experience, including tanker work within recent years. Night shifts and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL with Tank Endorsement required.
• 4+ years of commercial truck driving experience required.
• Tank trailer experience within the last 2–4 years preferred.
• Must read and write in English; good oral communication required.

Responsibilities

• Pickup milk from dairy farms and deliver to central collection center.
• Safely operate a Class 8 CMV and tank trailer across varied roads.
• Comply with FDA regulations governing loading, transport, and unloading of milk.
• Inspect truck and trailer for damage; report any issues promptly.
• Accurately complete driver logs, work reports, and damage reports as required.
• Conduct transfer operations outdoors in all weather conditions, including nights and weekends.

Schedule: 5 days on with 2 days of and 5 days on with 3 days offSome nighttime driving and some weekendsResponsible for the pickup of milk from various dairy farms and delivery to a central collection center.Safely and efficiently operate a Class 8 CMV and tank trailer over a variety of streets, highways and rural access roads.Fully comply with all FDA regulations governing the sanitary loading, transport, and unloading of milk.Inspect truck and trailer for damage or broken equipment.Promptly report damage or broken equipment.Accurately complete driver logs, work completion reports, and equipment damage reports as required.Such other duties as may be assigned.Current CDL with tank endorsement; Four (4) years or more of commercial truck driving experience. KLB requires six (6) months tanker experience within the last two (2) years or one (1) year of verified tanker experience within the past (4) years. Tanker experience outside the four (4) year commercial driving experience time frame will need to be approved by KLBs corporate safety department. Driving record must satisfy KLB driver hiring standards. Must read and write in English.Familiarity with milk transfer equipment and procedures.Ability to safely and accurately work under tight time constraints.Good oral communication skills.Strong commitment to team work and customer service.Exerts up to 50 lbs. of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Job involves some walking and frequent climbing in and out of the truck cab and on and off trailers. Must have ability to safely climb stairs, ladders, and equipment footholds. Conduct transfer operations outside in all weather conditions. Must possess ability to work nights and weekends where required.
