Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking an Oral Surgeon to provide dental exams and treatment for our military service members, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday coverage in Texas. You will join a mobile and fixed-clinic deployment model delivering care to US military branches via health readiness services.

Requirements include a DDS/DMD with advanced oral surgery education, active unrestricted state license, DEA as needed, CPR/BLS, and comfort with mobile dentistry.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited US program with Advanced education in Oral Surgery.
• Active and Unrestricted State Dental License.
• DEA license as required.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Comfortable working with mobile dentistry and equipment - preferred.
• Experience working with military - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Simple surgical extractions.
• 3rd molars.
• Partial bony or full bony impactions - can voucher out if needed.
• Soft tissue impactions - can voucher out if needed.
