The Army and Airforce Exchange Service seeks a Chaplain to provide spiritual counseling and support to Airmen. You will manage spiritual centers, conduct services, and advise leadership on ethical issues. A Bachelor's degree and Master of Divinity are required. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Your commissioned rank will align with your education and experience.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than the situations our Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care ministry and counseling to those of faith and those of no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals supporting the spiritual resilience of Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance, and also serve as advocates for Airmen, consulting with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.

Pastoral Ministry Experience:
Preferred faith groups include Christian Protestant, Muslim, Jewish, Orthodox Christian, Roman Catholic, and other faith groups.

As a chaplain, you will be commissioned as an officer. Your rank depends on your education and experience.
