Job summary

RieLes Group is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist/Injury Manager (PT/IM) to provide full-time HPO, physical therapy, and injury management at Moffett Field, CA. The role focuses on injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance support for Air Force Special Warfare and operational personnel.

Allocates approximately 28 hours weekly to the 131st RQS and 12 hours to the 129th OG, totaling 40 hours per week, with on-site facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Active California Physical Therapy License required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with AFSPECWAR, SOF, NCAA, Olympic-level, or pro sports personnel.
• HIPAA experience and HIPAA-compliant documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Injury Manager and Physical Therapist for assigned personnel.
• Evaluate injuries and develop individualized PT treatment plans.
• Provide PT, rehabilitation, and injury management services.
• Coordinate treatment with unit personnel and leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and reporting.
